Albany, El Cerrito and Kensington are holding a Tri-City Safey Day at El Cerrito Plaza on Saturday, September 15 from  11 AM to 3 PM. There will be safey information and demonstrations. Special guest appearances by McGruff the Crime Dog, Sparky the Fire Dog, and Smokey Bear.
